So I am really the worst blogger around...

Happy Tuesday Readers! (if  I even have any left...)

First of all, I have some serious respect for some of you blogging gals that can keep up with blogging consistently, every week! Really seriously impressive. I would say every Monday, as I start my work week, I always say to myself "OK, this is going to be the week I get back into the swing of the blogging world" and then noon comes around and I get caught up at work or something comes up and blogging gets pushed to the back of my mind. It's not like I don't continue to read my favorite blogs, or follow all you lovely ladies on instagram, twitter, pinterest, pretty much any social media outlet...I just develop like a brain block to keeping up with Pink Zin. But I guess this week, I'm feeling extra inspired so I'm going to give it another shot! I hope ya'll can bear with me and not think I am the worst blogger in the world :)

To update you on where I've been the last month, here's a few photos to sum it up...

Celebrating the 4th of July/long weekend (YAY for having thurs & fri off of that week!) in CT and Long Beach Island in New Jersey! It was awesome to have a full 5 days on the beach to relax and have fun with some of my best friends from college.

Celebrating the 4th with coronas and koozies :)

Since the long weekend, I've enjoyed a few long work weeks, afterwork drinks with coworkers, and a few beach days!

Beach in MA!

Also, in BIGGER NEWS! I officially signed for an apartment today! It's located in the "North End" in downtown boston! The perfect location to work, downtown nightlife and restaurants. It's exactly what my roommate and I wanted and I could not be happier! The search was extremely stressful and time-consuming so I could not be happier that it's over! Now it's time for furniture searching and decorating research :) I'm taking all the furniture from my bedroom so I just need to buy a new comforter and then we need to get everything for the living room!
**Get ready for some pinterest heavy blog posts**

Otherwise, I'm still working in sales, mon-fri and at In the Pink on the weekends! Busy, busy! I'm debating wether or not I want to write about the company I work for... too personal or not? The thing is, I feel like a ton of you would really be into the company and could even use it...hint hint it's an app for your iphone/android!! Maybe a post all about it in the next few weeks!

Well here's to more regular blogging! I hope I have better luck this time!

XOXO

Back & Refreshed!

Happy Monday Readers!

I, of course apologize for my absence from the blog world but I'm sure most of you can understand how crazy the spring can get. Especially with the whole graduating-from-college-starting-a-big-girl-job-thing. But I've been keeping up with all of your lovely blogs :) With my lovely new IPAD :) (aren't graduation presents the best?!) it's been fun catching up with blogs before bed (oh, the exciting times of a working gal). But now that I've found more of a routine with work and such, I'm thinking I'll definitely be able to fit blogging back into my schedule. So to recap some of the last few months here are some photos:

I celebrated my last marathon monday!

I became an alumni of AEPhi :( but good news...I'm saying involved! I'm going to join an advisory board or support team member for a chapter in my area!

I attended my last formal :(

I graduated from COLLEGE (no biggie)! One of the busiest weekends ever! Graduations on graduation dinners on graduation dinners :)

I celebrated my 22nd birthday - at the Harpoon Brewery (and a few other places...).

Now, I'm working in sales at a Google funded, start-up full time during the week andd I'm working at In The Pink on the weekends! (Lilly Pulitzer signature store! Busy, busy but gotta save up some $$ for an apartment!

So that's pretty much, what I've been up to over the last few months. I hope everyone has a fantastic tuesday!

XOXO,

Catching Up!

Happy Monday Readers!

So since I've been so absent from the blog world recently, I figured it's only fair that I do a catch-up post! Even though I've been going through a bit of a rough patch recently, that doesn't mean there haven't been quite a few fun times out and about in Boston! Though ending this semester comes with a lot of nerves and anxiety, it also comes with a lot of fun, end-of-year events. April is going to be one busy, busy month with marathon monday, phormal and tons of different senior activities, I'm definitely going to be a bit crazed but it's important for me to try to enjoy each day or night with my best friends during the short time that we have left together! So to sum up the last few weeks- here are some photos!

AEPhi's Mirror Ceremony! This is one of our ritual that occurs every year, the night before initiation!

My NEW princesses! The bottom three girls are the newest additions to my phamily- my great-grand littles (why am i SO old?!) It's Lori, Rachel, and Shauna from left to right. I love and am so obsessed with each and every one of them! I couldn't have picked more perfect additions to my phamily!

A few fun nights out with friends!

The above two photos are from a weekend in Montreal! A fraternity from BU organized the trip and it was a really good time! The temperatures were like below freezing so there was not much sight seeing to be done but a few fun nights out and some good meals made for a great weekend!

A little bit of day drinking to start the beginning of spring break :)

Take Back the Night Rally with AEPhi! In light of all the recent scandal at BU, this rally was extremely important to me and my chapter hence our strong presence!

A Phine Affair! This is my chapter's annual spring philanthropy event. It's essentially a benefit dance raising money and awareness for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation! Elizabeth Glaser was an AEPhi sister who was diagnosed with AIDs due to a blood transfusion and her children were unfortunately passed the disease as well. The organization is extremely close to my chapter's heart and we love coming together with our fellow greeks to raise money each year. This spring's event raised over $7,000! A new record for us!

These two pictures are probably from one of my favorite events this spring. BARSTOOL BLACKOUT TOUR! It's essentially one big rave/concert hosted by Barstool. It's been to all the major schools/universities in the US and came to BU last week. We got a group of about 50 of us together to take a party bus to the concert and back. I posted a video to give you an idea of what it was like! I had NO idea what to expect and honestly didn't know if this type of thing was going to be up my alley but turns out it definitely was! I mean what's better than music and your best friends? Plus a little neon didn't hurt either!
