Summer TV List :)

Happy Friday Readers! 

It's finally the weekend!! And I could not be happier! I think no matter if you love your job or not, the weekends area always needed and a welcome break from a busy work week! My mom is visiting this weekend and we have a few fun things planned! I'll update ya'll on Monday :)

So as if you all didn't know I'm a HUGE TV junkie! I would prefer to watch 4 episodes of a television show over a movie any day. (call me weird, I know) During the year my list includes (but is not limited to) 

Desperate Housewives 

Once Upon A Time

Pretty Little Liars 

The Lying Game 

Gossip Girl 

Hart of Dixie 

Law and Order: SVU 

Glee

Grey's Anatomy 

Blue Bloods

Game of Thrones 

....I'm actually sure I'm forgetting one (or 2) 

But during the summer TV is seriously lacking but I have 5 shows I try to keep up with each week! 

1. Pretty Little Liars 

Who is not obsessed with this show?! I mean it's literally addicting, and kinda scary? I mean we thought Mona was A but she's not working alone! Intrigue, drama! I'm obsessed! And it's not too bad staring at this guy every Monday night...

2. True Blood 

I've been watching ever since season 1 and I'm still a huge fan. Though I think some of the story lines have taken some interesting or just straight bizarre, I'm still hanging in there. This season is already to shaping up to be a pretty good one! 

I could probably stare at Eric all. day. long. 

3. Real Housewives of OC

I love how flashy the OC housewives are. Truth be told, I rarely watch the housewives series during the year (was going to say school year...guess I can't anymore) but during the summer they are the perfect mindless distraction. I'm actually loving Heather (the newest housewife this season), even though her acting career is a bit questionable- she definitely seems like she has a smart head on her shoulder and her marriage seems happy and normal! 

3. Real Housewives of NYC 

I'm always so-so with the real housewives of NYC- ever since Bethany left I never felt like it was the same :( But I do like the new additions to the cast! Definitely needed to spice things up! The whole Jill and Alex drama was getting boooringgg. 

My fave new housewife is Heather so far! I like that she is actually a businesswoman and doesn't just market off of white wine (cough Ramona cough) 

5. Real Housewives of New Jersey 

By far my favorite housewife- no matter what the ENTIRE world says about her haha for some reason I will always have a soft spot for her!

It's OK Thursdays!

Happy Thursday Readers! 

Since I'm trying to get back to a regular blogging schedule it only made sense to link up with Amber & Neely for It's OK Thursdays! Since it's thursday, almost the weekend and end of a tough work-week there are a TON of things I'm OK with today! 

It's OK...that I'm loving my desk at work. It's large and spacey and doesn't make me feel like I'm stuck in a cubicle all day long :) 

It's OK...that this iced coffee is making my day right now! Definitely necessary on a scorching hot day like this! 

It's OK...that my job is really challenging. Well not really OK but it definitely keep things more interesting. I'm working in sales and it's definitely tough and sometimes I feel super depressed when I'm not doing well but that also motivates me to just try harder! Anyone work in sales and have any advice for me?! I would so appreciate it! 

It's OK...that I'm SO excited for this weekend! My mom is visiting and I can't wait! We're going out to dinner at a restaurant with live music tomorrow night which should be really fun and different and then are going to my cousins house to lay out by the pool on Saturday! I'm excited for a busy but fun weekend!

Happy Monday Readers! 

I, of course apologize for my absence from the blog world but I'm sure most of you can understand how crazy the spring can get. Especially with the whole graduating-from-college-starting-a-big-girl-job-thing. But I've been keeping up with all of your lovely blogs :) With my lovely new IPAD :) (aren't graduation presents the best?!) it's been fun catching up with blogs before bed (oh, the exciting times of a working gal). But now that I've found more of a routine with work and such, I'm thinking I'll definitely be able to fit blogging back into my schedule. So to recap some of the last few months here are some photos: 

I celebrated my last marathon monday! 

I became an alumni of AEPhi :( but good news...I'm saying involved! I'm going to join an advisory board or support team member for a chapter in my area!

I attended my last formal :( 

I graduated from COLLEGE (no biggie)! One of the busiest weekends ever! Graduations on graduation dinners on graduation dinners :) 

I celebrated my 22nd birthday - at the Harpoon Brewery (and a few other places...).

Now, I'm working in sales at a Google funded, start-up full time during the week andd I'm working at In The Pink on the weekends! (Lilly Pulitzer signature store! Busy, busy but gotta save up some $$ for an apartment! 

So that's pretty much, what I've been up to over the last few months. I hope everyone has a fantastic tuesday!
